Q: What is Weissbier?
A: Same as Weizenbier, it means wheat beer. In some parts of Bavaria, we say in our dialect Weinbier. In other areas, we say Weizenbier. Weizen is actually the correct way.
Q: What are EBU’s?
A: EBU stands for European Bitter Unit and is a way to measure the contents of hop-essence in beer mg/l. For example: Amber-28 EBU, Pilsner-34 EBU, Wheat-18 EBU, etc.
